We are a faith-based family rooted in raising our children to love deeply, serve others, and care for God’s creation. At the heart of Hazelwood Homestead is a passion for animals and a commitment to raising them with love, compassion, and integrity.

I’m Crystal — a registered nurse by night and a farmer by day. My love for animals began in childhood, when I was always dragging home injured critters from the woods, doing everything I could to nurse them back to health. That passion never left. With the support of my amazing husband, who encouraged me to chase this dream, Hazelwood Homestead was born.

Together with our two little ones, we're building a life filled with purpose and hard work. Our children are growing up learning firsthand the value of dedication, stewardship, and the joy that comes from caring for animals.

Life on the farm isn’t always easy — but it’s meaningful, fulfilling, and exactly the life we’re called to live.
